## Our 10-Step Process

## Partner with us to create a space that's uniquely yours, setting the stage for a lifetime of memories.

### Step 1. Fill Out The Contact Form

Start your Foley experience by sharing your project ideas with us. Fill out our contact form, and we'll take the first step to making your dream a reality.

### Step 2. Phone Consultation

We'll schedule a call to understand your needs and expectations. We'll ensure we're the right fit for your project and prepare us for the next steps.

### Step 3. On-Site Consultation

Our on-site consultation provides valuable insights for $350. This visit sets the foundation for our design and build strategy.

### Step 4. Design Phase

With our Professional Services Agreement, we'll sketch out your vision, nail down the specifics, and lay out everything from costs to materials, ensuring we're all set for the build.

### Step 5. Sign The Contract & Collect Deposit

Once you're happy with your design plan, we'll formalize our partnership with a contract and initial deposit.

### Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Shawn will conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure every detail is in place before we start the build.

### Step 7. We Get To Work

Our skilled team starts work on your project. You'll receive frequent updates as we work.

### Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough

We'll walk through the completed job together, ensuring every element meets your expectations and our high standards.

### Step 9. We Clean Up

We are meticulous, even with cleanup. For larger jobs, we employ professional cleaners to leave your space spotless.

### Step 10. Final Payment

After finishing your project and ensuring your satisfaction, we'll collect the final payment, marking the start of your new chapter.

### 1-Year Warranty

We offer a comprehensive 1-year labor and materials warranty for your peace of mind.
