Building Across Loudoun County

Areas We Serve

Custom homes, additions, and full renovations for homeowners across Loudoun County, from our office in Purcellville.

Bright, modern kitchen with white upper cabinets, dark island base, stainless-steel appliances, and large windows letting in daylight.

Foley Construction is a second-generation, design-build construction company based in Purcellville, Virginia. We build custom homes, additions, whole-home renovations, kitchens, baths, garages, carriage houses, and barns for homeowners across Loudoun County.

Staying inside one county is a deliberate choice. It means Shawn is on your site rather than in traffic, it means we already know how the county handles review and inspection, and it means the crew you meet on day one is the crew that finishes the job.

Wherever you are in the county, the process is the same. We plan scope, materials, and budget before anything is demolished, then you follow the whole build through your own client portal.

Loudoun County

Loudoun County is home. Our office is in Purcellville and most of what we build sits within a half hour of it, from the older homes and farms out along the western end to the newer neighborhoods around Leesburg and Ashburn. We know the soil, the well and septic realities, and how long the county actually takes to review a set of plans.

Don't See Your Town?

We build throughout Loudoun County and roughly 30 miles from our Purcellville office. If your town is not listed, tell us about your project and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

Built for Loudoun County Homes

Loudoun covers a lot of ground, from farmhouses and outbuildings on acreage in the west to newer construction around Ashburn and Lansdowne. An addition on a 1920s farmhouse and an addition on a 2005 colonial are not the same job, and we scope them differently.

Let's Build Your Dream

Tell us about your project and we will set up a call to understand the scope, then walk the property with you before anyone talks about a number.
