I am a builder of residential homes and I needed a job done at my house but my crews are too far away. I contracted with Foley Construction to demo our pool, deck, swing set and install a new slate patio. We could not have been more pleased! Very professional, prompt, courteous, very easy to deal with and completed the job in an expeditions manner. Shawn the owner and his helper Antonio were so accommodating and cooperative. Their pricing was reasonable and fair. I cannot recommend them more strongly and will not hesitate to use them again. If you are building a new home, need design services, doing an addition/remodel or any task you need at your residence they are the ones to go to for sure!Posted on Google
Troy Bennett15 September 2026It was great working with the team at Foley Construction. We contracted for the design and build of a 2-floor detached garage in 2025 and are very pleased with the result. Shawn possesses a significant depth of experience in construction and he was quick to identify where challenges were going to occur on our build. For readers reference, our build included initial design services, documented plans for county permit submittal, land preparation (clearing/levelling), foundation, framing, roofing, electrical, HVAC, and more. In summary, our build was just short of an entire residence from scratch. Highly recommend this team.Posted on Google

Liane Young19 April 2024I have nothing but great things to say about Foley Construction, Shawn, Harry and the rest of the crew. They worked very closely with me to determine where to put my tiny home, prep the land, coordinate with the septic and well companies and keep me sane throughout the process. They were very responsive whenever I had questions, which was often. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future.Posted on Google
D Ewing19 April 2024I have personally known Shawn Foley since he was 14 years old. He worked with my in my business for several summers as a young man and was one of the few who could handle the pace and pressure of my contracting business. A little bit about Shawn, he was born into the custom homebuilding industry. Having completed projects in the priciest neighborhoods to the harshest of environments (Afghanistan) on time and under budget, with a cheerful countenance. I know on my next project Shawn Foley of Foley Construction and Contracting Services will be who I call…Posted on Google

Melody Bell7 October 2023We had 2 bathrooms redone by Foley Construction. 1st bathroom was hall bathroom. Complete gut. Everything from start to finish was perfect. In hall bath took pictures before Mirror and cabinet above tiller was installed. Next was our Masterbath. We did a complete gut and a total reconfiguration. Worked together to come up with an amazing bathroom. Shower doors for Masterbath had to be special ordered. So pictures reflect before doors being installed. Communication daily from the supervisor of the project. I couldn’t recommend them enough.Posted on Google
Jeffrey Brown6 September 2022They did a great job renovating a kitchen and bathroom. They pay attention to detail and are very responsive. We liked their work, so we had them tackle a much bigger job for us--building a barn. The job was challenging because the access was limited. They fixed the access problem and designed and built a quality barn that meets our needs--and it looks great too!Posted on Google

Managing Director31 August 2022Shawn Foley and his team have been amazing to work with! Prices are right in line with other competitors and they work fast. They had our entire school fitted with brand new flooring in one weekend. This team is my go-to for all projects as a manager of two childcare centers. Couldn't ask for a better team!Posted on Google
Em Weber30 August 2022We hired Foley Construction and Contracting to make a space for my aging mother to live with us. They converted our sunroom into a gorgeous functional en suite. They created a bathroom with a shower and built a closet big enough to incorporate a washer/dryer. My mother, age 84, is thrilled with her new space. She loves the bathroom, the large vanity, the shower she can get in and out of by herself, her laundry facilities, all of it. It was quite a project, but Foley Construction and Contracting was prompt and did such fabulous work. We all are so thankful for the wonderful job they did. 5 stars and highly recommended!Posted on Google
Angaleigh Ingram30 August 2022Shawn is wonderful to work with. Not only is he punctual, but worked hard and delivered the project on time. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
Sophie Barrett30 August 2022I cannot say enough about Shawn Foley, Harry Neidig and the team. They coordinated having a tiny home moved onto our property. I highly recommend them!Posted on Google
Zach Zukowski30 August 2022Shawn and his team were great to work with. His team worked with me on a second floor renovation to my 100 year old house. New roof and added dormers. The online platform was extremely helpful, received daily updates with who was on-site with pictures of the work (very helpful because I would usually only be able to check at night). Project management per task, emails, invoicing, and messaging on the platform. Very slick interface was not expecting when working with a contractor. Extremely knowledgeable team and would give honest insight when some things I thought I wanted weren't worth it even though it would have netted them more profit. Honest and reliable, always available whenever I had any changes or ideas. Great to work with, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to do any type of home renovation (which is saying something with a century old house) and in this current market where getting anyone is hard to come by. So happy I found Shawn and his team!Posted on Google
LAURA Sunden30 August 2022Foley Construction finished a portion of our unfinished basement and converted it into a home gym space. The project consisted of building walls, insulation, electric, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, crown molding, customer cabinetry and custom mirrors for the walls. The project was planned and executed as expected. His Project Managment Software Tool allowed us to select design options and make milestone payments upon completion. His team was very respectful, on time and highly professional. It was a fully turnkey solution aside from allowing us to pick recommended colors and design options. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for future projects.Load more
